Video Viernes: Whirlwind

Crazy energy! 

Lately Henry has been really into a new show on Netflix called Super Why. What? He finally got tired of watching Diego reruns? That is correct. I, for one am relieved since something new is most welcome. Plus, he is learning lots of great things. He also loves Yo Gabba Gabba. In particular, Season 2 episode 6 SPACE. He'll run around the house saying "space, space" its ridiculous. He will watch it over and over again. But now he can kind of count to five.

Since returning from our trip, we have been weaning Henry from his binkie. He is only allowed to have it during times of duress (Dr. Appointments), times to be super quiet (Sacrament meeting) and nap and bed times. So far it is going great and there have only been one or two moments where he was whining and saying "key key key." We worked through it by drawing attention to other toys and giving him more attention. His binkie is his best friend and we are trying to replace it with his new teddy bear and blankie. In a few months we hope to wean him off completely. So far so good though although he does tend to eat a lot more books now...
